Fat Moon Coaching is a coaching business that focuses on training the mind through mindfulness to achieve optimal results in life, work and performance. This style of coaching is modelled on the coaching model created by Siri and Sat Khalsa of Innermost Shift Coaching. I have had the privilege of being directly trained by Siri and Sat Khalsa, the directors of Innermost Shift Coaching who have worked on this work for nearly 30 years and empowered people to make the very best choices by trusting their own potential.

In order to help you get the very best answers in each session, I will help you to become mindful and attain a flow state. This helps break the ‘stuck patterns’ and generates ‘patterns of excellence’ by reflecting on the ‘unexplored, untapped’ zones of the mind and seek the very best answers from within to work out solutions to be the very best version of yourself. As you make discoveries and solutions unified with this flow state you will learn to attain, retain and sustain this state Somatically. This is also referred to as Yoga-Somatic Mindfulness Practice.
